Mum of one very active daughter who swims competitively, Louisa can often be found sitting by a pool most evenings.  Married to Lee and when not at a swimming pool, the family enjoy holidays in France and a long-walks in the Lancashire countryside.

Nicola Jones

For over twenty years Nicola has helped people at different stages of their careers to
embrace learning which transforms their day-to-day working activities. She is an expert in the
design and delivery of experiential learning, e-learning, work-based learning, virtual
classroom and is a qualified and experienced executive coach. Her learning programmes
have earned national and international awards.

Nicola’s approach is warm and friendly. Her professional experience enables her to step into a more authoritative tone if necessary, although usually not for long. She believes that people are resourceful and have positive intentions. Most of all she believes that learning should be accessible and enjoyable if it is going to stand a chance of changing individual practice.
Shona Marshall
Shona Marshall has over 20 years corporate experience in delivering learning & talent development solutions. Her versatile style, confidence and infectious enthusiasm enables her to adapt to a wide spectrum of working environments. She contributes best when her blend of people development expertise, creative thinking and drive for results directly impacts on business success. She has gained a reputation for having an inquisitive yet challenging approach and utilise the resulting insights to design inspiring solutions which are fit for purpose, address organisational challenges and deliver results.
She has a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trust partner and consultant to key stakeholders. Her natural coaching style enables her to take a refreshingly straight forward approach to gain buy-in to interventions that drives an uplift in individual performance and delivers business results.
Jane Hirst
Jane Hirst is an engaging and all-encompassing facilitator as well as a pragmatic and results oriented coach.  She has been in the business of developing people for more than 30 years and gets a real buzz from enabling people to become more self-aware, develop their emotional intelligence and achieve better results in both their personal and professional lives.
Jane’s passion has always been in creating amazing cultures that bring out the best in people.  Her work role models an engaging and pragmatic leadership style and it is evident through the feedback she receives that it really does make a difference!
